Mattress Firm Lake Orion — Hotel in Orion Charter Township

Gave us a mattress that was defective, one corner is 3-4 inches shorter than the tag says it should be and is obviously been pushed in as the bed is uneven. Since we couldnt see this defect right away when it was delivered now they say they can do nothing to help us due to us not refusing the delivery, which was also an hour later than they said it would be. I understand we bought from the outlet but there is a difference between a used mattress and a defective one and now they refuse to do anything to help even though I offered to return the mattress to the warehouse myself and pay the difference between the outlet mattress and a new one but that wasn't good enough for them. Bought a nice mattress and two way adjustable base about 6 months ago Matress is tearing apart where the head of the bed raises and a few other spots. Called the store and was told there’s only a 90 or 120 day return policy on the mattresses he called it “the trial period” was told there’s no order history for me, just my name and address in their computer and it’s past thier return window.
