Francis was such a pleasure to speak with! I just recently moved back to Orlando and am interested in purchasing a new vehicle. I currently have out of state insurance and knew I would need to find a local agent so I could get an idea of how my policy coverage and costs would change. Francis took the time to look over my current coverage and compare it to a new policy for the vehicle I am interested in. Using very clear, simple and relatable examples he was able to explain the differences in coverage and make recommendations in a way anyone could understand and somehow keep you interested. After our call, I not only had a better understanding of my current policy but auto insurance in general. He seemed genuinely happy to keep making adjustments to find a plan that suited my needs and budget but that looked out for my best interests. He patiently and kindly answered all of my questions and even made helpful suggestions with regards to purchasing the new vehicle and trading in my own. If I could give Agent Daza 10 STARS I would. The service I received from him was far superior to any I've experienced in the past with any car insurance sales agent. Not only did he patiently work through me stepping away on several occasions to deal with things on my job he thoroughly explained the coverages I needed as well as what I didn't have. He was able to assist me in increasing my coverages as well as add other coverages I didn't have with my existing policy to include uninsured motorist, roadside assistance, renters insurance and life insurance for myself and my son. The kicker of it is he did this while keeping my premium under the amount Progressive was going to charge me.
