The man working the sandwich counter on 4/13 at 9:55 pm should not be working in the service industry. He is extremely rude, has major attitude and is hostile to customers.
When my husband arrived, he told the staff he was picking up an order and stated my name. The staff said that he needed to see the order so my husband texted me asking to send it to him. I sent him a screenshot because I was waiting in the car with our dogs. When my husband showed it to the staff, he aggressively said that it could not be a screenshot. He needs the "phone the order was placed on." My husband came out to the car and asked me for my phone. He goes back inside and shows the staff the order confirmation page. The staff accuses him of still using a screenshot even though my phone is in a bright red case and my husband's phone was in a black case. My husband scrolled on the phone to show him that it was the app and not a screenshot. The staff then tells him that he needs to see the name on the order. This doesn't even make sense because in order to see the name on the app, you have to go back to the homepage and you don't even see the order details at that point. My husband complies anyway, but states it doesn't make sense and tells the staff he's being rude and has an attitude. The staff then goes on a tyrade. The staff even says himself that he doesn't understand why people tell him that he has an attitude. Hello??!! Maybe that's a sign! Here's the kicker: He then says "Keep talking. I'm not giving you your food. I'm going to call the cops." What??!! My husband is very upset at that point and tells him that he can call the police because he did nothing wrong. Mind you, there are 2 other parties in line witnessing all of this. The staff then says, "Go get your wife to get the food."
My husband comes outside and tells me what happened. Meanwhile, we can clearly see the staff is still running his mouth to the other 2 parties in line inside. I go inside. The staff asks what I need. I told the staff that I was coming in to pick up the order that my husband was just trying to pick up. He then proceeds to go on and on about how my husband had an attitude with him. I told him that's because he gave my husband attitude. I did not engage further because I just wanted to leave and be done with it. He, however, continued to run his mouth even after I left. I can only imagine how uncomfortable he was making the other customers feel.
The owner/management needs rethink keeping this individual on their team. I didn't read the other reviews for this location until we got home. If everyone is saying the same thing, there is clearly a problem with the lack of customer service and the hostile environment your staff is creating. It ruins the experience for any customer who steps foot through the door. I know that we will not return to this location as long as this individual is...

First of all, why do you have to ask a food handler to change their gloves? I walk in to place an order, and there was a blonde hair female messing with what looked like an iPad with gloves on. She then came to take my order. With the same gloves, she placed the paper on the counter to prepare my food. I asked, "could you please change your gloves?" With an attitude, she changed her gloves, but not the paper that she just touched with the uncleaned gloves. She asked if I wanted extra cheese. I answered yes, and explained to her that in California you get eight slices because you're not getting any meat. But I'll pay for it. She said under her breath, "that's in California, not her." I said, excuse me, what did you say? She ignored me as if she didn't hear me speaking. When this was occurring, a tall African American male entered the room and went over to the same iPad that she had in her gloved hands and was messing with it without gloves on. Mmmmm, She then said to him concerning a Uber order that she was trying to retrieve. I feel sorry for the Uber Customer that placed that order because it appears that she was going to use the same gloves to make that sandwich. I then asked, the guy, "what's her name?" He was looking as though I was speaking in another language. I then asked him again; he says, "Ummm, you're going to have to ask her her name?" I realized the level of education that I was dealing with and left the sandwich and the two of them to figure out the answer to my question. I sat in the parking lot for about 15 minutes, the guy goes back outside to sit in a car next to the side door, and then she comes out and sits on the ground next to the car with the door open. In the meantime, why they are outside, two customers are sitting inside the store. I then drove through the parking lot with my window rolled down. Let us say I didn't smell them smoking roses. I do believe that some hard workers are working for minimum wage, but it's workers like this the reason minimum wage shouldn't be raised to $15. I believe we would still get the same unprofessional service. After calling and speak with GM Bob, I then found out that the rude female's...
Read morePLEASE do not eat at this restaurant, and even less so if you are Latino!!! The staff is super rude and it was truly a TERRIBLE experience, I have anxiety attacks due to the situation I experienced today at this restaurant. I placed an order to pick up at 10:40 pm, when I arrived at the restaurant, I saw my order with my name on the counter, I told the employee, a man with dreadlocks and very rude, I told him that it was my order, he proceeds to take it away from me so I couldn't take it, and he tells me to show him in the application where my name appears, I proceed to show him, I don't know why he told me again to show him where my name appeared in the app, but this time in a loud and unpleasant tone of voice, I proceed to show him my phone with the Subway app open to verify my order, then this man proceeds to hit my hand, causing me to almost drop my phone and I was literally in shock, I was very scared, my husband who was with me at the time asked him to please respect and give us the food, the man just took the order and threw it back away from the counter so we couldn't take it. He started to throw us out of the place, totally upset, my husband told him that he would call the police, I only asked him to give me my food. There was another employee present, I asked him to please give me my food, I just wanted to have it and leave. And he denied it to me, when I asked the aggressive man what the problem was with my order (the man with dreadlocks) he simply replied: YOU are the problem. I never understood his aggressive attitude, nor why he hit my hand, after laughing in my face he gave me my food. I truly hope that no one ever lives an experience like that, I don't know if his hatred is generated by racism, but I really have no doubt that a person like that should not...
