Checking out this Creole Fusion Spot called @H Flavs | Orlando inside the "West Lake Food Co." Pickup & Delivery Options. My favorites were the "Shrimp Mac & Cheese" and the "Jambalaya" but honestly speaking I loved it all. They're passionate about these dishes and my tastebuds could instantly tell. Where do I start? This place was amazing! I ordered two quesadillas, two bao tacos, two mac and cheeses, and a side of plantains. Everything was fresh, full of flavor, and seasoned perfectly. The quesadillas were crispy and cheesy with just the right kick, and the bao tacos were such a fun surprise—soft, fluffy buns with bold Creole flavors. The mac and cheese was rich and creamy, definitely comfort food done right, and the plantains were cooked beautifully with that perfect sweet-savory balance. On top of that, the presentation of every dish was great—you can tell they really put care into what they serve. Portion sizes were generous too, which makes it even better. Overall, this restaurant is a hidden gem. The food was delicious across the board, and I’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu. Highly recommend!
