Usually when a bank or finance company decides to drop you as a client due to your credit history, background, or whatever makes a bank shaky on financing, and there are no more financing options left, one would expect that the dealership would refund your down payment once they have possession of said vehicle, right? WRONG! They wanted more money for a down payment in order for them to find a proper financing company, of which I didn't have. So they charged a restocking fee, a cleaning fee (which the Mercedes Benz was cleaner when they took possession of it, than when I purchased it! Also the day after I purchased the car, I checked the oil, it was literally bone dry! How can you sell a luxury car without checking or maintaining the proper fluids?!) They charged a towing fee plus mileage (Speaking of mileage I literally had to call the dealership about my tag. The temporary tag they had given me expired and they shipped it out via snail mail the next business day, which was Monday. I had to wait almost two weeks of not driving the car for fear of being pulled over until I got my regular tag!) These crooks found every loop hole and every document, which I signed a truck load on the purchase date to proudly keep my down payment! They are crooked thieves who will find a semi-legal way to rob u blind! Stay away from this place and its employees, which are a...
Read moreThis Company over charged me for a job that wasn't even needed because the employee said to me today 3/22/24 that they can’t determine what my problem is because I have no warning indicators on. So what did you charge me $560 for? I picked my car up on 3/08/24 and was guaranteed that my car was fixed and I would not have any problems I paid $1500 and on 3/10/24 my car was doing the same giving me the same problems from the reason of me taking the car to this company to be fixed. I feel robbed and taken advantage of because I am a single lady and I would like my car to be fixed or half my money back.
Moving forward to today, April 9, 2024, again I showed back up because my check engine light and every other light on my dashboard came on. I was rudely welcomed by some men that told me to leave because I was trespassing. When all I wanted was for them to once and for all fix my car. To date, even after they had my car for multiple days in a row, they stated, “Nothing was wrong. The car never acted up while they had it”. The humility that I went through this morning by them was very demeaning towards ANY woman. Names like the “B” word, and they made fun of how I spoke. Yet they didn’t hesitate to take my $1500 initially though! And even when they speak of a “warranty” on their service, they won’t let me on...
Read moreCOMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!! On 12/23, my buddy and I met with a man named Omar who has a BMW 540i for sale on Craigslist. After driving for over 2 hours to meet with Omar, who claims he is partner & part owner of Atlantic Auto World, we discovered the "mint" condition car he had for sale had more "hidden" issues than he was ready to discuss, including a 1 gallon water jug in the trunk, notable oil and power steering leaks and of all things, no heat. As if the obvious bait and switch wasn't enough of an insult to our intelligence, it turns out Omar was not the owner of the car, rather he claimed his brother owned the car and, the title of the vehicle was at his brother's place. After numerous calls to his brother, Omar assured us he would be able to get the title from his brother's wife, long story short (we're way passed that already, right?) after over 2 hours waiting for Omar's brother to return his call, and the bro's wife going MIA, Omar apologized and promised to get back to us as soon as he heard from his brother. Five days later, nada. Not a text or phone call. It's no wonder, I guess, that when we were waiting for Omar's bro to return his call that the cops showed up at this joint... Needless to say, we've decided to shop for a car elsewhere. To him that has an ear,...
