Tsw Mattress - Edan Mattress Company — Local services in Orlando

We purchase a mattress about 5 months ago , this mattress was supposed to be pretty Firm but not too hard we even tested it at the (warehouse/store) to get a good feel for it since we where told that even though it was a display mattress at the time but it was new , 5 months later the mattes became very soft in the center area so we end up sinking in the mattress not allowing us to sleep well or comfortable, we have been trying to communicate for about 3 weeks now to find out what they will do to correct the issue and been told there is nothing they can do until the (owner) gets back in town from Vacation , I’m hoping that eventually they to the right thing to fix...

Poor poor poor customer service. I paid a $90 delivery charge. When they get here they brought items upstairs and didn't assemble bed. They said I should have asked and they would have told me it was and additional $40 charge to assemble. They did not ask me if I wanted my bed assembled nor did they offer. Really? Are you not the business? How am I supposed to know it is not included in delivery charge and that I need to ask YOU your business how much it is to assemble....

Showed up ay 11:10. Saw reviews so decided to come. 20 minutes after open no one here and another customer waiting said they're on the way. Will update later.

Salesman was quick and friendly. Apologized for his lateness. Helped me, and the other customer waiting in a timly manner. While getting me checked out he had another employee load the matress and box spring, and even went out to...
