We initially thought the salesperson was great—until we realized the sales approach was misleading. They made the exchange process sound simple, but failed to explain important details, such as the requirement that the new item must be of equal or greater value. Had we known that, we would have chosen the smaller size first and then upgraded if needed.

Secondly, we were told that delivery was included, but we were still charged $99. When we tried to exchange the mattress, we asked if they could waive the $125 exchange fee, but they refused and only agreed to refund the $99 they had “mistakenly” charged. It took three phone calls just to convince them to waive the $25 difference—and we had to insist it was our right as customers.

We also requested to speak with the manager directly, as the salesperson kept going back and forth relaying messages, but the manager refused to talk to us.

We feel disrespected and almost taken advantage of. There was absolutely no real customer service. How can customers trust the policy if key parts are...

After getting screwed over by a competitor with a similar name, I went to this place, on a holiday no less, and they didn’t let me down! They went above and beyond. I even ended up buying one of the top of the line Tempur-pedic mattress and adjustable base! No regrets! It’s comfy as heck. I panicked when it was delivered day because my bed frame with drawers below looked like the adjustable base wasn’t going to work, but I called and they explained “zero clearance” base modification and dang if they weren’t right. It worked. Yah, it’s a little high and I need a running start, but I sleep like a happy baby. I took my 80-year-old sister to get a new bed which she desperately needed. We were met by Monte who took us through the steps to ensure she got the right bed-she ended up with a Tempur-pedic. The process was easy and he was very professional throughout. She has her bed now and is extremely happy, especially with the adjustable frame. Monte was very good and patient throughout.
