Since 2022 my family and I would dine here at this location at least once a month and never had issues and have always enjoyed the food but last week I decided to treat my son and husband to lunch, immediately the hostess walks us to a table near the restrooms which for me I don't want to see people going in and out of the restroom while I am eating my food. So my husband walks to the front to inform the hostess that we would like a booth instead .she replied,"you're going to have to wait for a booth then", and with an attitude comes over and grabs the menus from the table while I'm standing there with an irritated look and said the same thing to me my response was really? Im thinking to myself that I see several booths available in a section that there were people sitting and dining in that area so I walked to the front to wait and that's when I hear her telling an older lady that yeah they're going to have to wait they want to Booth with an attitude . I noticed the older lady walking around and she came back and said well we can put them in such and such a number and I hear the hostess again tell the lady no they're going to have to wait and that's when I looked at her and I said why would we have to wait when there's a section that has boost available with people dining in I don't understand why there would be a weight. At that point the older lady tried to explain to me about the issue and I was just like well whatever . So we ended up getting seated less than 15 minutes and the server was so nice we ordered soup salad and breadsticks because at that point I really didn't want to eat here I just needed something in my stomach and my son loves their soup and salad so we ordered that and I ordered a grilled chicken by itself to put in my salad the chicken was rubbery and it didn't even have any flavor to it it was bland I don't know what's going on with the amount of breadsticks that they bring out but I would think that if we all ordered the soup salad and breadsticks we would get more than four at a time but we only got one set that had four and then the other set with three how is this never-ending , we only ate one bowl of soup and had two bowls of salad but yet we still paid almost $60 I just think that Olive garden doesn't care anymore. I don't think we'll be coming to this...
Read moreWonderful restaurant with very nice decor all around the place. Wed, 11am hour, had the 8.99 for unlimited breadsticks, soup, and salad. Got for 3.69 a yummy non-alcoholic Shirley Temple. Started with Chicken Gnocchi soup, delicious and not too salty. Breadsticks were too salty, so blended with soup, and was enjoyable. I ordered next batch of bread with no salt, buttered only, and was very good. Probably I'm not used to salt, as I home cook with no salt. 2nd soup was the one with ground beef, dark colored soup with beans was ok, but I preferred the first cream-colored soup. Two other soups to choose from, but I was full. House salad came in huge bowl, good mix of stuff, including crunchy croutons. Careful of that one light green pepper, it got a kick, not at first, but later on it was felt. I finished the entire bowl of salad. High in vinegar, probably I'm not used to it. Still it complimented entire meal nicely. Loved the tableside machine, pay to play games, order menu items, pay check, etc. When paying bill, tap card, then slide the bar on screen for tip. It slides and show tip amount, tip %, and bill total with tip, so cool! It reviews breakdown of items ordered. It prints receipt. Order items to go with server, not on machine. Ordered for 8.49 Warm Italian Doughnuts to go, so so yummy. Sugar coated, but not overly sweet. Came with two dipping sauces in plastic lid sealed containers, raspberry and chocolate, nine pieces of doughnut, my estimated equivalent of 4 Dunkin Donuts. It may seem expensive, however when you dip and eat, it is heavenly, praise The Good Lord! My server Tanya M was very good, as well a few others who brought stuff out to me. Thanks for great teamwork folks! Table and chairs, along with booth seating of 3 wide. Lighting was perfect for me in booth, dim side, but not too dim. Outside reserved parking spots for order pickups. Benches to sit outside....
Read moreI went to this location for lunch. After being seated, we were greeted promptly by the server. She asked "what do you want to drink" and we placed an order. So far, so good. The drinks arrived and we told her we were ready to order. She took the order which was very simple: soup and salad. She brought out the salad in a timely manner and the breadsticks. Once we finished the salad, she brought out the soups which were very good in quality. This is where the problems began. After finishing one soup, we wanted another but she was nowhere to be found. We flagged her down to get another soup. My drink (iced tea) sat unfilled. The other soup arrived and she gave it to us and whisked away again. Still no refill. She never once came to check on us. When it came time to pay, she was awol. We had to get another server to ask him to send her over. She eventually did after a 10 min wait and we asked for the bill. She said it should be on the thing on the table, which is wasn't. She walked off and we didn't see her again. After another 15 minute wait, she finally came by and we asked for the bill again. I just wanted to pay and get out of there. She again disappeared and it took yet another repeat of the above to get her to focus on us long enough to supply the electronic bill. No refills, nearly impossible to get a bill. We noted there were other servers on the floor so this is not a covid excuse thing due to "short staffing". No, this is a poor general manager who doesn't know how to manage. There were two hostesses at the front door with hardly anyone in the restaurant. Why? Why was this server not being monitored and evaluated on her performance? Why are paying customers left to wait with no beverage refill and no...
