We visited New Moon Market for the first time this morning - we were impressed! We’ve wanted to come here for a long time, but since this place is closed at dinner time, we haven’t found time to until today. What can I say? This place is perfect for a healthier breakfast/lunch! Everything is plant-based, organic, and almost everything can be gluten free if you want it to be. Here’s the key: it actually tastes REALLY good! They didn’t compromise on flavor just to make it plant-based - even someone like me who isn’t vegan or vegetarian really enjoyed it! We got a custom chocolate chip/blueberry smoothie bowl (way better than an aƧaĆ bowl in my opinion because it’s more substantial) as well as a pad Thai wrap. The wrap was awesome - I loved the peanut flavor! The bowl was incredible too. I would definitely order it again. They also have an entire little market selling very healthy items such as homemade fig bars, fresh-pressed juices, mushroom powder for golden lattes, coffees and cacao drinks, and so much more. Even if you’re not getting anything to eat, it is entirely worth stopping by here to see what they have on sale! All in all, this is a hidden gem in College Park. We will definitely be returning. Can’t wait to try more things on their menu!

We found this place on the Happy Cow app and were completely blown away! Not only is the atmosphere extremely friendly and warm, but the owners are phenomenal! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly and the food was out of this world! I rarely have the opportunity to have a plethora of choices when it comes to gluten free and whole foods plant based options, but I definitely had that issue here. It was so hard to choose because everything looked so good! I decided to get a green smoothie and add blue spirulina and my husband got the Kokomo smoothie. They were both not only delicious, but my husband said it was the best smoothie he's ever had! I got the chickpea salad wrap with the gluten free wrap and my husband got the Buffalo chickpea wrap. Both were extremely tasty, but he said he wished he had gotten my gluten free wrap because he liked that even better than the regular wrap. Overall, we can't say enough good things about this place and just wish they had a location where we live. If you're ever in the Orlando area, this place is a place you simply must not bypass!!!

All food here is vegan. Most is gluten-free. We shared the following delicious things: - Chorizo Walnut Wrap (gluten-free wrap) - Bean Burrito wrap (gluten-free wrap) - Buffalo Chickpea salad - Good Vibrations juice (so yummy, watermelon, pineapple, basil, lime) - Chocolate peanut-butter bites made with gluten-free oats All of it was super delicious and felt nourishing. Celiac (gluten free) safety: Pretty good overall. Staff knowledgeable and caring. They will change gloves etc. They use gluten free oats in some items. Our wraps were warm and pressed on a sandwich press - they covered it woth foil for our gluten-free wraps.

I’ve been to New Moon a few times and enjoyed the smoothies, and a wrap that was made fresh for me by a very sweet, well spoken young woman. So despite the high prices, I returned again to get some lunch and a juice. I was interested in the soup that they have posted on the menu - when I asked - I was told ā€œthere is no soup todayā€œ. I looked at the list of options for juice, and was told that the one I wanted was in the fridge. It however was not, they were out of that too. I realize that restaurants run out of things, obviously, after working in the service industry for over 20 years. However it’s the customer service that should follow that matters at that point. No one said, ā€œI’m sorryā€œ, or ā€œcan I get you something on us (since we are basically out of everything you wanted)... instead they just casually charged my card with a classic passive, millennial attitude and moved on. I don’t think I’ll be...
