This condo worked perfectly for us! (There were 3 adults and 2 kids under 12, staying mid-February for a week.) It was close to everything we wanted to do; we could walk to the grocery store and it was a quick drive to the airport and parks. We were very close to the pool, which was really nice. The apartment was well-equipped and spacious. The best thing about it was Gary's responsiveness; any questions were answered within a short period of time. Stayed at Vista Cay for several years with other management companies but this was the best condo by far. Beautifully furnished and well equipped. Spotlessly clean and far exceeded expectations. The location is ideal and close to all amenities and tourist attractions. In addition the Management Company were superb and constantly in touch both before our trip but also during the visit making sure that everything was going well. I have no hesitation of rating this stay as 5 stars...fully...

Highly recommend Vista Cay when visiting the Orlando area. The property is lovely and the units have all the amenities needed for a more than comfortable stay. The location is great with a grocery store, liquor store and a few shops and restaurants being a short walk away. It is also situated very close to both the Disney & Universal Theme Parks and Outlet Malls. The Property Manager is very responsive and easy to deal with.
