I visited this place while I traveled from Ohio for my Husband's 40th bday. My husband got the Mani-Pedi service, and I got a short full set. Here's my review:

Location: Great location. Lots of good food/drink places in the area, all walking distance. For parking, I'd suggest parking in the garage around the corner because there is no on-site parking or many street parking options.

Cleanliness: Very clean, modern, and sanitized, 10/10.

Staff: Every person was extremely pleasant to talk to. They weren't robotic in their conversation, but rather very genuine and sweet.

Atmosphere: They play great movies during service on all the TV screens that can be watched easily from anywhere you sit. I was laughing the entire time! Good temperature inside and good vibes in general, 10/10.

Service and Pricing: For all 3 services, we paid a fair price considering the value and thoroughness. My technician was patient, attentive, and she did a Gel Nail Service for me with a level of care that was definitely worth the price. Also, they did a phenomenal job on my husband's hands and feet, he said it felt wonderful, 20/10.

Scheduling: We did not make an appointment, I booked based on current reviews. I actually called them as we sat next door to eat, and she said to come right in on a Friday afternoon. There was no wait time, and they attended to us immediately.

Overall, if I could AntMan shrink this salon and put it in my pocket to transport to Ohio, I'd do it in a heartbeat. But since I can't do that, I'll mark it as a favorite for my next...

When a customer is not satisfied what is your protocol? Everything and anything to appease them you would think. You are better off nowadays to find an Instagram nail tech. These nail salons have gotten way out of line. I sent my daughter who begged me to go to this “Highly Rated” salon an hour away and she came back with a dip mani that was not only a terrible job , left cuticles hanging, polish was uneven and messy but the nail in the coffin was the color was FAR from what she picked out. If you are out of a color or can’t find the one that was picked out- do a color swatch make sure it’s ok. I called for a refund. This “manager” said to come back in, no problem if we weren’t an hour away so I asked if I could send pictures - not possible- he blamed my daughter for not speaking up if she wasn’t happy. Sure that would have been ideal- but she’s a kid. Not only giving me unsolicited parenting advice telling me I need to teach my child how to stand up for herself - what???!!- but throwing out life analogies that didn’t make any sense to the matter. Saying some comment - “I’m speaking English” like I’m being demeaning for not understanding what he was trying to say. Is this a new tactic to try and dismiss me and end the call , not sure. It was disgusting behavior from a professional business. End all be all I had to rush to get her nails redone that evening for an event and this manager had a lack of decency, and simply just no respect for people that come give this place...

READ THIS!! Went in to get a mani pedi... usually they would take off dead skin from your feet and also take off hang nails. I have anxiety and bite my nails until they bleed so I get pedicures to prevent this. I went and got it done at Paris nails right by my house. It was dark and I was tired. I go in thinking that they would do a good job since they are so expensive. I leave with the same calluses and dry skin on my feet and also hang nails. I call and go back and the people acted like they didn't remember who I was. The girl said she was off Monday when I came in on Sunday. My nails look horrible and when I tried to have them fix their mistake they said they would just repaint my nails for $15. I don't understand if it was a language barrier or what but I feel jipped. Don't go here. When I went back she just took off my nail polish and pretended to be stupid. I'm so upset. Now I just wasted $40 and I paid the girl with cash and tipped her. These pictures are of me right after leaving. They took off my nail polish and kept trying to promote gel nails. I'm so upset because I'm always so polite to the employees. I had to just leave because I didn't want to make a scene when all the employees were talking about me. I could pay for a new mani pedi easy but I paid for something already, the girl should have done a good job.
