7-Eleven — Local services in Orlando

Very unhappy with your partnership with TRL towing, I parked in front of your store was in the store waiting for the customer in front of me to pay for his items and a tow truck pulls up and comes in the store asking who is the owner of a white Hyundai I didn’t respond because my car is a white Kia not Hyundai so while I am waiting for your clerk to finish assist the paying customer I went outside and TRL towing was hooking up my car to be towed. I was less than 5 minutes in the store check your surveillance cameras inside and out on 1/1/25 New Year’s Day at 9:15pm - 9;30 pm. So this means I can’t go into the store less than a minute because your towing car company partners will tow my car? How much are you getting on rebate for every car they tow in that parking lot when the customer is going into your store to make a purchase, I will never go back to your store in fear of getting my car towed, because they yelled the wrong car or I was in the back and couldn’t hear. I live in this neighborhood and cringe every time I come in this 7 eleven and have to deal with the loud, obnoxious Latina woman behind the counter. She never greets me when i enter the store and when I get to the register she doesn't say one word and when I ask any questions she starts talking loud and obnoxiously antagonizing me as if I should know 7-elevens policy. When you make the decision to be in customer service you sign up to be warm and friendly to customers. I have never disrespected or been rude or even had a conversation with this woman yet she treats me this way. I come to this store often because I live in the neighborhood. I will not be made to feel uncomfortable every time I come in this store and she is working. I'm going to research until I can find the manager/owners of this location to complain and hopefully have her removed. I'm sure I'm not the only customer she...

I was in this 7-Eleven...(to be continued). I will continue to write my review. I visited this store on the original date that I started this review. I ordered some hot wings. The clerk proceeded to tell me that I didn't pay for the wings the last time I was there telling me that I left them on the counter. I told her that in fact that I did leave them on the counter and I stepped out of the store only to return less than a few minutes later to purchase the wings. She argued with me. So I ask to speak to a manager. The manager simply came around the counter and ask me to leave the store. I was not afforded the opportunity to defend myself. I've had several issues with the professionalism I've experienced in this store. I certainly wouldn't recommend visiting this store. There are several other stores to choose from in the downtown...
