This Sephora urgently needs its staff to have customer service training! I have been there several times (because I needed to buy something urgently) and always find the same situation. Not enough products are in stock, and the few employees do not help you. If they do, they seem annoyed or in a hurry even though the store is empty.
Today, I was helped by a girl who, after half an hour, finally spoke to me in Spanish. She told me there was no product in stock, and I insisted on buying another because I needed it. Today, she didn't have enough knowledge, and in the end, she looked annoyed and in a hurry. Another one of the employees, who was apparently the manager, asked my eight yo daughter if she was a âbeauty insiderâ đ what????????? My daughter had several items in her basket and lady thought she wouldn't buy them; she underestimated her customer!    Read moreToday I arrived at this location Kohl's Sephora and this employee JAZZY. Apparently he doesn't like his job, he is a person who gives terrible service. What you do is alienate the client. I ask him questions to help me with some makeup products and he ignores me and doesn't want to help me. I go to the cashier to get charged and JAZZY doesn't want to charge me. Definitely a terrible customer service person to work with. Please remove people who do not want to work so many people who need the job and have people with bad moods and who do not want to work đ they are having losses. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION.
