Bluworld of Water — Local services in Orlando

After doing much research, I decided to go with this company based on their ability to convince me they would stay with me every step of the way! My project was a year and a half long - bluwater is based in Florida and Haven Dental is based in Utah - Bluwater and Josh specifically not only stayed with my project the whole time they made the experience with them enjoyable and put my fears at ease - they went from designing the bubble wall to a specific location (and corrected the project manager more than one time to get it right) to getting it finished on time - they shipped this very expensive bubble wall carefully - it took three construction workers two hours to get into it - it was packed so well - I then hired an aquarium company to install in - they also did a great job and Josh made himself available anytime there were questions or if they just needed help - I would HIGHLY recommend using this company on any project you have - Bluwater will make your space truly amazing! Extremely disappointed in the quality of the work of his company. We have spent thousands of dollars to repair leaks and non-functioning issues with our water wall. Every time, Bluworld asking for thousands of dollars and attempting to overcharging us. It takes multiple attempts to contact them to get a response. We got fed up with even trying to contact them. Give the impression that they are only interested in collecting more money from us instead of honoring their work Just as a reminder, the water wall never worked. It didn’t work for the previous owner who had numerous issues. You can refer to your notes for all of the manufacturing defects when it was installed. This was unbeknownst to me. We went with another company to install the glass because you tried to overcharge us with your estimate. The water wall never worked even after the side panels were installed. They absolutely have no interest in the maintenance of their water features. We have called for assistance and weeks go by with no resolution. I understand I am to maintain the feature and I have learned more about this field than I care to. But many m,istakes have been made in the production and design of this unit.
