"I was very disappointed to have my uranium confiscated at the airport. It was a gift for my son for his birthday. Also, I'm in prison now, so that's not good either."
One of the biggest criticisms of online reviews is that too many of them are vindictive and targeted at specific individuals instead of addressing an actual complaint or issue. It can be tempting to praise a specific server at a restaurant by telling everyone on Yelp who they are, or to blast an apartment manager on Apartment Ratings by telling others to "look out for so-and-so," but ultimately it makes your review less useful, even if it's more bombastic. Read moreJust read a negative review that is unfounded. My daughter and I were in the store and were mentioned by the customer in his review. He is absolutely wrong. What was uncomfortable was this customer’s intent to call the owner’s character into question for no reason. His questions and concerns were appropriately and accurately addressed. He got bad news on a card and apparently couldn’t handle the truth. KnT is an amazing shop, and because of the quality of service and care, it’s easy to call them all friends. I highly recommend them, and would encourage anyone not to let bitter reviews sway them. This is a great place to enjoy the hobby and get to know great folks. This is my home town card shop, and I’m proud...
Read moreI starting going there few months back, and only wished I had started going there sooner! The owner Kyle has been very helpful in sharing his knowledge and experience in collecting, buying, and selling sports cards with me! Even his friends & old-timer collectors you may see there ripping hobby boxes, are happy to share their wisdom. Great prices on everything from individual cards, the latest hobby releases, and authentic memorabilia! If you have autographed items you want to have looked at and obtain a COA for if it's authentic, be there on 8/29, when a JSA representative will be there to evaluate your signatures. Thanks for everything KnT!...
