I would give this place five stars if you didn’t have one young boy working there at 2 PM on this Sunday afternoon who doesn’t know anything every time I go in there it’s such a long wait and he has to text to ask anyone anything and then he tells me he can’t do the same deals that everyone else there does Why do you have him working there if he cannot do the simple tasks that everyone else does there replace him and then when you question him on why he cannot, he throws money at you and treat you like you don’t even belong there when I Spend $600 in that store every two months I just wanted to turn my points in. He can’t do simple tasks....

I recently needed to replace the glass tank on my vape. After calling all over the area I was unable to find one. Another vape store Coastal vapes even said they had one come on in the since they did not they attempted to sell me the whole vape which is a $150 versus $7 for a tank NO THANKS anyway back to pumpernickel pops I ended up deciding to give it one more try and go in person to another store the clerk was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and they had exactly what I needed this will be my go-to...

Didn't get to have an experience. The store was close when we arrived. (Go to granada location, on break) wild that a break is taken at 4pm? When you would actually get customers. 2 other cars were there with me stunned they would close like that. Went to holly hill location and that one was closed too. Perhaps someone needs to pay attention in management? Break whenever is kinda...
