Peggy's Whole Foods — Local services in Ormond Beach

Okay, so I went here today for the first time, and even though I didn't find everything I needed, this store has a very good variety of items. I usually don't bother leaving reviews, but i read the reviews for this business, and am honestly confused as to why it has such a bad rep – the staff was very friendly, and even let me bring my bike inside, since there aren't any racks in the area. Their prices are pretty normal for the health food world, but I was able to get a giant bottle of organic, apple cider vinegar, for like $5.50, which was nice. Some things don't have prices, and as a person who has anxiety, this was maybe the only thing I had an "issue" with, but I just sucked it up and asked, and, again, the employee was extremely nice and helpful. I would recommend going here for supplements, eco friendly cleaning misc., powders, cocoa products, coconut oils, acv, deodorant/hygiene products, and honey/pollen. I was told about Peggy's Whole Food's and Lee through many locals. They stated they have helped them with there health issues and highly recommend him. I have been having an issue since March and have seen multiple doctors without relief. So I decided to call and make an appointment to see Lee, which was scheduled 3 months out in advance. I took off work for the appt and was very anxious for this appt to hopefully find someone who could help me and be compassionate well i was sadly mistaken. I called the morning of my appt to confirm which location and was then informed that they no longer do appts any longer. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and had no compassion at all. She has no idea what I have been dealing with since March and seemed not to care- what about the people who have more life threatening issues such as cancer and you are there last hope and you just treat people this way! I will not return or buy one thing...

Being a chronic Lyme disease patient for 15 years, I happened upon Peggy's by accident. Moving to Florida, I looked up nearby stores in Ormond Beach, I am from Palm Coast. The store I went to was closed for good. I asked a store next to it what had happened to the store and said they had been out of business for about 2 years, but they told me about Peggy's. I drove directly to the store where I met an Angel! An older woman who was so very kind and Radiant, I told her of my needs and she made an appointment for me with Lee, I met with him the next day and went home with what he had suggested. Just as he said, I would feel worse before I felt better, he had treated his sister who had Lyme. In ALL my 15 years of suffering, I was WELL for the first time after about 6 weeks of following the protocol. God placed that Angel and Peggy's in my path to wellness. I can not thank...
