Went to the one on Oracle because it’s very close.
We spent over $1,000 on 2 chairs. The chair that was delivered “shoots” me forward. Went back to the store to look and sit in “my”chair and it was perfect. I explained the the employee that the chair that was delivered is wrong, I fall forward. He never left from the front desk what was happening. Sad to say from the moment I entered the store nobody offered to help, and I was the only customer in the store!
I had been there several times and received the same treatment, I had thought, “maybe they were having a bad day” On the 4th visit it was nice. And a sale was made. ( however I was not told we would be the ones jumping through hoops if something was wrong)
I went to the front of the store to the desk and was told to “contact their website have all my paperwork and probably take 5 photos”
This chair has been put together incorrectly. Simple as that.
I contacted their site and was told to take pictures and fill out all the forms. So I did as instructed and turned the heavy chair over taking photos of “screws”!
I was told it could take quite a few weeks, then when I contacted Kayla ( manager) by phone I was told she would contact me in a few days.
Been waiting.
I know Thomasville will drive from Phoenix to check on furniture. You do not need to take pictures, or send in all the paperwork because THEY have it! (it’s called a computer)
I would like to give Today’s Patio 0 stars by the way I was treated and continue to be.
They received their money, and they won’t stand behind what they sell.

I was just notified on my days off that your chair frame is on its way. The chair was not put together incorrectly, it was made incorrectly by the manufacturer. The warranty process is not decided by Today’s Patio, it is decided by the manufacturer, in your case, Sunvilla. Today’s Patio does not offer a warranty on any product as we are merely a dealer. I can only go as quick as the manufacturer allows me. In any case, the frame will be here soon and I will have it transferred down to the Tucson store so the exchange of your frame only can occur.
Once it arrives, you will be contacted by the scheduler to pick a day for the exchange that will work for you.

Our table was in, but the chairs, they said, all had to be sent back, so it would be mid July before they could deliver them.
