Jaydon, K.. (You work at Panda Express, I can understand that you are bias.)
Also, your comparison to life insurance is irrelevant. It's completely serious. It's more frustrating when you shell out close to $30 each visit for shite you DO NOT order. IF MY REQUESTS ARE DO TO ALLERGY CONCERNS, it is a BIG DEAL. I am not being mean, I am being honest. Also, I had even apologized for being unpleasant over the phone. I have no complaints regarding the cleanliness of the facility. My complaint is that the drive thru service is complete shite. I completely understand human errors, however, for this to happen more than once is not acceptable. I have to waste food. It's not worth the 20 minute drive back to have it corrected.
I specifically asked to have my order physically rechecked and what I got was TWO workers lying to my face in a hurry just to advance the drive thru line.
Last night I had visited this location for the first time after boycotting this location due to my order being wrong and absolute poor service to correct it. I had waited a total of 15 minutes in the drive thru line, which wasn't that surprising, however I was greeted with an apology for the slow service. Before I had accepted my order through the window, I had asked Lauren to double check my order and ensure they had provided me with WHITE rice on both combos because they had messed it up before. I waited at the window for about 10 minutes until they brought my order to the window. I asked another associate to please ensure to give me the teriyaki sauce for the TERIAKI chicken. She rushingly assured me it was in the bag. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THEY HAD FORGOTTEN. I left for home feeling confident they had gotten my order correct. I got home and received FRIED RICE, Beijing beef instead of broccoli beef, no teriyaki sauce for my chicken entree, and I had paid $26 (including a small donation to TMC) for things I did not request nor find appetizing.
I've never had such an awful experience with any other food establishments. I would not recommend this location to any of my friends and family who reside in close proximity.
I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE.
I will most likely not visit a Panda Express location for the rest of the year, no matter how bad I am craving...
Read moreI honestly have had better service at Steak ‘n Shake (see my review). Gibran and the short girl up front where absolutely useless. I came to this location previously about 2-3 months ago, both me and my wife had poorly made meals, I actually got food poisoning bad enough to keep me out of work for 2 days. I had contacted management who told me my name was in the book and whenever I could come back they would take care of me and my wife. We went back tonight and I brought it up to the short girl working up front whose name started with an ‘n’, she explained that since I no longer had a receipt they would not honor this, I spoke with the manager Gibran, who told me the same thing. I explained to them the situation and they did not care or show any concern. They also rushed us offering no ads on items like Rangoons or drinks we had to stop at the register and ask for these items. They also had multiple employees going into the lobby area and returning to the food service area without stopping to wash their hands first, I guess social hour is more important. I will be filing a formal complaint with the corporate offices on Monday, as well as the health department.
I will say that this time the food has not yet popped up as poisonous, although that’s about the highlight of the trip to this panda location. I have already advised everyone I know to avoid this location...
Read moreOMGosh......not sure what is going on in this Panda Express, but the young lady at the drive thru seemed confused about my very simple order. She kept saying she wasn’t sure what I wanted. After several attempts to explain my order. I felt that she understood my order. I placed the order and she took the order. When I got to the window to pay and retrieve my food. She said again, “ I am not sure what you want”, and she showed me 2 tiny containers. She said” this is a medium”. I again explained that I wanted 2 bowls with orange chicken and brown fried rice. Simple right? Not for this person. She finally seemed to understand the order and quoted me a different price than what she told me when I placed the order. I paid and took the order and left. I didn’t want to argue. When I got home. I had 2 bowls with small dried up orange 🐓 chicken, at least I think it’s orange chicken and dried up fried rice. Maybe the goal of this young lady was to stall me at the start so they could get more orange chicken and fried rice made before I got to the window, because they didn’t have any freshly made. I don’t know. What I do know for such is there needs to be competent management at this location. Staff need better training and the food needs to be kept fresh during the day. I cant even imagine what you would get if you came to this location at the ending...
