Don’t use this place. Have given them SEVERAL chances. Took a line trimmer in to be fixed. After 3 months, they hadn’t even started. Took it to one in yuba county and it was fixed it two days. Went in to buy a chainsaw sharpener, and staff was rude and unhelpful. Bought a chainsaw, they told me they didn’t have the one I wanted. 3 days later I went in for extra chains and suddenly they DID have the saw. Overall experience? Rude, unhelpful, curt and give the deep impression they’re there to be paid, not be helpful. If you tell at other power equipment stores about them? They’ll tell you they’ve gotten an upsurge in customers from oroville just trying to avoid giving these guys their money. I recommend SPD power shop...

After showing one of the cashiers the oil product I was looking for, he barely glanced at it, looked away, and quickly said, “no, we don’t have that.” Didn’t ask anyone else or even attempt to try to look it up. I mentioned I had been referred by Ace hardware and ask if any other place carried it. He listed off random places with no relevance to the oil product I was referencing.
