Taco Bell — Restaurant in Oroville

I have been served by this specific location nearly every weekday for the past 7 years. I must say it has consistently exceeded my expectations. The outstanding service and the rare occurrence of incorrect orders have made it my go-to spot for delicious fast food on my lunch break. The following is an honest review of this location based on the countless times I have eaten here.

First and foremost, the staff at this location are incredibly friendly and attentive. Most of the employees know me by name and I am normally welcomed as I come in. Their positive attitudes and professionalism create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps me coming back time and time again.

One of the most remarkable aspects of this Taco Bell is their consistent attention to detail. Despite the fast-paced nature of the restaurant, I am amazed at how rarely they get my order wrong. I have some strange requests at times, and it is refreshing to have a fast food establishment that pays such close attention to customer satisfaction.

The quality of the food at this Taco Bell is also outstanding. My burritos are tightly wrapped, and do not easily fall apart. The ingredients are distributed evenly. Lately I have been having the Taco Bell breakfast which is beyond exceptional. If you've never had a breakfast crunchwrap, you're missing out!

Another standout feature of this Taco Bell is its cleanliness. This attention to cleanliness further adds to the positive overall experience at this location.

In conclusion, I can confidently say that this Taco Bell location has consistently provided me with outstanding service. The friendly and attentive staff, delicious food, and clean environment make it a standout choice among other Taco Bell locations. I highly recommend visiting this Taco Bell if you're looking for a dining experience that will leave you satisfied and craving...

As always, yummy & fast service thru the drive thru! Rarely have problems with my order but on the rare occasion that an error does occur (like they forgot the nacho cheese on my order of Nachos Bel Grande lol who does that, after all-- it IS the main ingredient lol), took a quick pic of the nacho plate prior to digging in (bcuz I was already at home when it was discovered) and during my next visit, I just made sure I had my receipt then showed em the pic of the naked nachos (lol) and bam, they gave me a whole nother order for free! No problems. The drive thru folks are always friendly, too; I almost always use the DT bcuz I'm an admittedly lazy person! lol however, every now & again my kids wanna go inside to eat or maybe the DT line is super long so we go inside. Altho I do prefer the DT over dine-in, I've always found it to be fairly clean & efficient, with friendly staff just like the DT.

Side bar: While Taco Bell is our fave fast food joint, we don't really view at it as TRUE authentic Mexican cuisine & it is the author's opinion that if it's classic, authentic Mexican food u are looking for, u might look elsewhere for that. To us, it's just really good comfort food that isn't TOO terribly greasy or laden with extra fat calories (altho it is not very kind to your waistline if u eat there as often as we have in the past LMAO).

Very disappointed with my visit on the 16th of aug. I waited for a very long time (along with many other people)in a huge line, that was placing an online order. I finally got to the window and when the employee went to hand out my bag and box, I asked a specific question about my order to which the employee said, "it should be in there" not a specific answer. After that, I proceeded to ask if the sauces that I actually "purchased" was in the bag so I didnt have to rip the bag opened (closed with a sticker/online order) to which, once again the employee said "it should be in there". I got home and the sauce was NOT in the bag. My biggest issue I had, when I asked the questions I did, I was looking to hear that all my order was correct/all items were given to me. "It should be" wasn't the answer I should have got for something I paid for and both times I was presented with that answer, it was with a clear attitude of me wasting the employees time.
