Yoville Yogurt — Local services in Oroville

Pro's: clean 9/10, good variety of flavors, lots of toppings to choose from. Con's: cutomer service is always different, never the same employess someone will chrage you different prices, customer's can be extremely rude and pushy because it's self serve i guess they feel they can just jump in front of you. I had 3 kids cup and 1 adult cup when it came time to pay the man working told me i had a earned a free frozen yougurt on my punch card and asked if i would like to use it. I replies with yes and before i could say another word he took off a 2$ child cup instead of my adult cup worth 4$ i said I would like to use the free one for my adult cup please and he replied with i already took it off the child cup. Wow that makes since and the charged and argued with me over the toppings of kids cups. Kids cup 2$ with one free topping he said NO kids cup 2$ 2$ per topping! Are you kidding me? No thanks I dont like arguing or being ripped off. The prices are not cheap especially when you have a family of 6. We come here often and have always kept a smile on our faces but after this embarrassing experience I think we will stick to a gallon of ice cream and our own toppings!...

OMG.....One of the best places in oroville to grab a yummy treat and hang with friends they are always nice when we go in there always have a smile and always helpful. I will never go to the other yogurt shop again I LOVE YOVILLE!!!!!!!!! On thursday and friday they are doing a fundraiser for hurricane sandy 15% of proceeds will go to red cross to help the victims of the hurricane. What a cute place in Oroville! I was craving some frozen yogurt and this place delivered!

I got the cheesecake with chocolate and added some nuts and sprinkles. It was so good - especially the cheesecake flavor! YUM!

They have a happy hour on most days where you can buy one yogurt and get one free one hour before closing ( 8 pm to 9 pm).

Nice and clean inside with inside and outside seating.

Employees were friendly and helpful! I am definitely coming back here when I am...
