In 2021 my husband and I bought a fixer upper that needed a new stove,oven, microwave and stove top for a mobile house (2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 living rooms, laundry room, large deck, and back and front garden. Foolishly paid for everything up front. It was supposed to be delivered at the beginning of November. No delivery...no cooking for Thanksgiving. Ok..I can live with that...At the end of December, no delivery.....no cooking for Christmas! The young woman I dealt with was SO RUDE and Didn't even care...no I'm sorry we'll take care of.....Nothing!

I also needed a fixture for my microwave above the oven, told them and the man that delivered ( he also worked for A1) they said they would take care of it...never did! Never heard from them again! Like I said, I foolishly gave them over $5,000 up front and they didn't care about customer service or anything else ...Please...whatever you do...don't give them $ up front. I right this because it's been bothering for the last 3 years . ...

Can I leave negative stars? Spend your money somewhere else. They Do not stand behind products and service. Landlords stay away from this company more problems than worth. Orville mentality for sure. Sub par all around. Problems with all items plus delivery and installation. Ladies in office are rude, offer no customer service. Very unprofessional. Slobs. Delivery drives are rude and inconsiderate of your neighbors. Will not clean mess left after delivery. Trash left in street and neighbors yards. Will make so much noise to bother neighbors. Ladies that run office will not care if you call. They seem annoyed when you call to report issues. They will hang up if you complain about service. Man in office is clueless offers no help. Think Ned Flanders. If you want several problems use them. If you want good professional service with no problem go anywhere else. Spend your money locally in your town. Support...

Went in to get a part for a dryer. I had already found the exact part on amazon for $30 but decided to give a local business a shot before ordering.

To their credit, they had the part in stock. Long story short, when I told them I can get the correct GE part overnighted for $30 from amazon, they claimed it wouldn't have the right bracket and wouldn't fit right. They claimed some online repair site was the only place online with quality parts and would match their price for $65.

I tried to let them know a simple amazon search brings up the factory GE part, but the sales man got very defensive and was rude about it. So... I ordered my part from Amazon. It fit perfectly. It works like a champ, and I paid $30 for it. Had A1 not been rude and worked with me to come to a reasonable price, I would have bought it from them.
