I went to trade in my phone a couple months ago for their promotional $1000 off trade in. When I got there, the manager was the one to help me. She told me she can help me get my bills down and even add another line for $10. And on top of that she said I can trade any old phone for the $1000 promotional off and still keep my galaxy flip. What she didn't tell me was that she added another line to my account. I originally had 4 lines, but now I'm being charge 5 lines and my bills is higher than what it should be. Call customer services multiple times, but they said they can't help and I need to go back to the store. Went back to the store to get treated with bad customer service and the manager even tried to lied and said she had went over the transaction with me, which was a LIE. She just wanted to sell the product and get her commission. She didn't want to help me. I was con into trading my old phone and now I ended up Leith a 1900 dollar bills that I'm trying to get fix. I've been with att for over 10 years, and this was such a bad experience. I will never go to this store again. Even the employee was rude, she walked away and helped another custome. I was quoted what I thought was an amzing deal by the boys at the ATT of Arden Mall but needed a debit card. I had been contacting them over the week to make it happen, now I know I was being way overcharged by this other authorized dealer, or corporate store. When I went here Stephanie had no idea of my struggle but gave me the exact phone I wanted an LG for $6.99 out the door. Stephanie did her best to get me the 3 for 20% off sale too but the store didnt have the accesories I wanted (Glitter case for LG, wireless charger ..hard to find them) so I just bout an Otter box case that I was able to afford since I was holding on to $130 for what the guys quoted me. I didnt need a debit card for that day either. She then told me my phone was on sale too, even better! She and her manager were so nice, they multi tasked answering phones and helping a lot of walk-ins.
