The manager of this store does not smile and is not friendly. As a result, the staff are not friendly and welcoming. My mother and her friends also complain that he does not help them find an item if he is stocking shelves in an area. Instead, they feel he rushes them out of his way. He even told one of my mothers friends that she should “go find it online” and she is too old to understand how to navigate the computer.She never got to find the item she went in for because the staff would not move out of the way for her when they were working in that area.My mother now insists I drive her to the next town over. Luv this store to shop for my granddaughter's who are 3 to 25... Easy shopping for them. Great cute choices... A for myself to try and buy an XL in women's.. Watch what you pick up to purchase here. I was in a hurry and coming back for something I had seen a couple days prior, just grabbed it and checked out but when I got home I realized the item I bought was broken. I took it back the next day and the associate who helped with my return sassed me on not checking what I was buying. I would think it would be their job to not have broken stuff on the shelves or for maybe the person checking me out to have checked the item over when she scanned it.
