Starbucks — Restaurant in Oroville

The drinks were good, but the staff want as attentive as usual for a Starbucks. We were the only people at the counter and four workers walked by before any of them even acknowledged we were there. The place is new and it seems like so were all of the employees, so it's not that big of a deal, I'm sure it will get better.

The parking and getting in and out of the place is awful, though. One tiny entrance on a corner lot with a cramped parking lot. Most of the people in this town drive big trucks, so it's a nightmare

I walked in and ordered a cup of coffee and it was $5.25 so I handed the young guy $100 dollar bill he looked at me and asked if I had anything smaller and stated that everyone has been buying gift cards all day and using hundreds and he had no change. I said I don't think so he went on and said well it's ok ma'am it's on me. I offered to walk across the street to get it changed but it was raining and Christmas Eve he just insisted on giving it to me. Went through the drive through and asked the cashier to throw away my Starbucks cup from the day before. It still had the lid on it and it was empty of coffee. The cashier stated "we cannot accept any trash." l stated there were no trash cans in the drive through line for me to throw it away, and asked if they had trash cans in their lot. The cashier responded that they do not. What kind of restaurant does not have a trash can to on their lot to throw...
