The manager of the Orwell, Ohio store needs to go!! He's a terrible manager! Plus he fired one of the best cashier's they ever had! This cashier was an older person but so friendly and funny. Customers enjoyed going in on the days he worked. But the manager (Adam I think) didn't like him so he figured out a pathetic excuse to fire him! The cashier is 59 and has health issues but the stupid manager wanted him to go outside and sweep the parking lot on a 95°day!! I was trying to enter the store today 2/2/2021 at approximately 1P.M. and I was denied entry into the store by an employee named Ross. When I tried to explain to him that it is against the law to discriminate against people with disabilities he told me that it was in fact the stores policy to willfully discriminate against people with disabilities. After hearing this and realizing there was no reasoning with this person, who is unable to think critically for himself, that willingly violates peoples civil rights, I left the store and found somewhere else that had no problem providing me with groceries to feed my family. Read moreGreat groceries & fresh products. Some products recognizable but mostly brands you have never heard of. Not necessarily a bad thing. I found products I enjoy more than some name brands. The staff are kind and the store is clean. If i could change anything it would be to supply carrying baskets for light loads. A shopping trolley/buggy can be overkill if you shop light. Check out lines can back up now and then but only short delays. I would like to see more variety of products. To sum it up Great people good products...
