Dylan said he was the manager. I was using selfcheckout it took my money off and I owed a few cents more. Put another card in and my kid removed it and the system froze. Dylan rebooted it and walked away to smoke outside. Kevin rang me up and said yes it didn't take the money off your card. I said well then I'll use the same card. It declined. His way of fixing it was me paying twice for a product and after calling me a Karen and difficult with an attiute. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IF NOW YOU ARE BOTH SAYING YOUR THE MANGER. AND THE MONEY NEVER WENT BACK TO MY CARD. RUDE. OF COURSE I WAS UPSET AND SAID NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL OF YOU BOTH AND THEY PROCEEDED TO CALL ME A KAREN. ALSO SAID BECUASE OF MY DAM KID WHY THE MACHINE FROZE. Such an amazing experience. The store was very very clean and orginized. The staff was helpful and courteous plus actually greeted you with a smile when you walked in. It was like they knew you personally and was beyond happy to see you. Our cashier was Candice and she was stellar. She smiled the whole time, was very personable with each customer but did not allow giving each customer a smile and a short converstaion slow her down at all. When she asked how your day was, she truly wanted to know. Because of her and the other lady who was there(sorry your name escapes me. I personally have never left a review, but living in small Orwell and having to come to this store for small things has me beyond frustrated. They have a new self check out, and if you don’t use it the manager Kevin gets an attitude. I’m sorry but i have 2 children always with me that normally don’t cooperate the best, one being the age of 1 wanting to touch things, and it’s simply easier for me to have someone else ring my items up for me. Kevin will huff and puff loudly enough for you to purposely hear him, and roll his eyes and shake his head. Something needs to be done.
