Very poor customer service. I was in this store last Saturday looking to buy items to make a Nigerian dish. They guy in the store at the time was very rude and not helpful at all. When he was asked about a particular kind of leaf that is known through your Africa he turned up his nose and said “I don’t know” . Funny you are working in this store and don’t know if you carry this item, nor did you try to point us in the right direction after informing you it is a leaf a vegetable that is used for soup. I would never spend my money with this store, I will not recommend it if you are looking for a good experience to go to this store. Clearly he has a issue for non “Africans” coming into this store looking for items. Not to ask we asked where was the lady who is usually there/the owner he also said he don’t know. No shelf pricing even though it's in their electronic system. Mostly whole food ingredients though few fresh items. Customer service was lacking. Saw a couple of things I would've like to purchase if I knew the cost. Sadly, unlike the Oshkosh International grocery store review on Discover Oshkosh, there were very few prepared meal items. I went to see different kinds of things that is never found in much of the known grocery stores in oshkosh. Got some ingredients that i am not familiar with to cook some dishes.
