
I have been attending O-Town Irons new bootcamp class for the past two weeks, at first I didn't know what to exactly expect since I've never joined a group class before. Since attending the 30 min HITT workouts, I love it. Each day is exciting to go to because you don't know what to expect and everyday is filled with different workouts guaranteed to get you sweating and your heart pumping. Not only is everyone super friendly but we all encourage and cheer each other on. After all we are there to better ourselves and to push our limits, what better way to do that then to attend the bootcamp classes? I would highly recommend the bootcamp classes to anyone and everyone.
