I went to the store with my grandson. He had to go “potty” and the salesgirl let him use the rest room. He is only 3 years old and she was very kind and unlocked ( with her managers permission) the restroom. The next day we returned ( we are from Fond du lac) to buy one more thing and my 3 year old grandson said urgently he had to go “potty”. I asked an associate - holding my grandsons hand as he jumped up and down and was told “no. you can use the gas station across the frontage road or far away in the outlet restroom”the salesman said. I went to another employee and he was with another employee chatting and he just looked at my teared eyes and my grandson’s anxious face and said “no”. I said we were allowed the day before and he just stared at me. The other employee he was chatting with just looked at me. I felt so belittled. We ran to Carters and they let us use their bathroom. 😊. Thanks Carters ps. Bought childrens clothes at...
Read moreI've been going to the Nike Outlet in my home town since I was a teenager, and never have I been so disrespected like I have today. I knew instantly as I walked in the doors it wasn't going to be good. One of the workers, mind you the only worker not wearing a name tag gave me the most degrading look as I walked into the store, while the other worker (female) greeted me with all kindness. After I was done shopping I checked out and the man that gave me the dirty look was working the cash register. He had a smile on his face till I got up to the counter, he didn't greet me or say a peep. Then when I paid he had my bag in his hands and impatiently waited 10 seconds so I could get my money back into my wallet. It wasn't busy at all and even if it was in his eyes there should be no excuse to rush a paying customer. Next time I will go to Under Armour first and then wave my hand to Nike as I leave the...
Read moreTwo isles of men's shoes were fully empty due to low supply. The sales were not so great. I seen a lot of shoes that were pretty much $5 off. A new drop was at this store (only one pair on the shelf) was $220 and had some defects. I asked why this shoe was at a discounted Nike store and same price online. There were no answers. When I showed the defects to another store associate, I was told that this store has B rated shoes and this was one of them, at the same price as A rated - They offered 30% off. Check online to be sure, if it's about the same price, you are in best luck to order from an A rated site. If you are here for a discount, check online also. Limited sizes due to limited supply of course. I'll try again another time. ...
