This Store was a great experience I called and ordered a jacket and he said they had it and will hold it for me I drove there took an hour to get there which is why I called to make sure they had it yet when I got there to get the jacket it wasn’t the jacket I asked for which I explain to him and he said oh I’m very sorry for the inconvenience is there anything I can help you fine after looking around I found a jacket I liked got to the register I also found a sweatshirt and when I got to the register and paid it came out to be $210 still great deal for a jacket that was 300 and a sweater that was 70 the total came out to be 209 because of the sale that they were having and the guy looked at me and said I’m gonna give you an extra 10% off for the inconvenience and new troubles West then brought it down to 189 I know it’s not a lot but it’s the thought that made this story worth telling I appreciate that even though he had nothing to do with it he still offered something to make me not worried about it anymore I will definitely return to the store and buy more just because of him he made a wasted trip because the first guy didn’t pull the rain jacket wasn’t honest about having a jacket that I wanted turn in to be in a good experience...

Whenever I shop at the outlets this is my first place I love to stop! I always find great winter jackets for the family at the lowest prices you will find anywhere else. I love their yoga pants, hats and beanies, some very unique you don't see often.  The staff is very helpful trying their best to help you find something you will love. There are rewards so dont forget to sign up! Such a large variety of different jackets for all times of year and great deals on t-shirts. If you ever been to the normal north face stores you will know how steep the prices can get but here you will love saving money on the same clothing. Bought 5 really nice jackets, 5 shirts, 5 beanies, a hat, slide sandals all under $500 total. You just can't beat...

Walked in the day after Christmas to ask about a pair of mittens I received as a gift. Three employees were standing near the front of the store, chatting. I waited, then approached then and asked a question. They proceeded to talk and eventually turned to answer my question. I was told in a very short manner that "we don't carry those here". I then asked about winter coats and was told "well, everything is half off" in a dismissive tone. The "sale" was awful, service was worse.
