Horrible customer service. Iâve spent a small fortune at this store in the past. âEliteâ customer and all that. I needed to exchange a pair of shoes I received as a Christmas present. I called to see if they could bring a different size out, due to Covid concerns. âNOâ, they wouldnât do that. So I went in, after I was vaccinated. The style of shoe that I had gotten as a present didnât fit my feet in any size, so I thought, no problem, Iâll just pick out a different style and they can keep the different if theyâre less expensive, or I can pay the difference if theyâre more. They said I could only exchange them for the exact same shoe in a different size. None of them worked for me so I was just out of luck and the person who bought them for me- I asked for Sketchers- wasted their money. I was so disappointed, I left the box of shoes I came in with on the counter and told them they could have them because they didnât do me any good. They said they couldnât resell them- but they were brand new, in the box, with the tags! Give them away then! To top it off, the âbouncerâ at the door accosted me all the way onto the sidewalk about not being âallowed â to leave the box. The staff is horrific and if they worked in my retail shop, theyâd be out the door. Shame on you Sketchers for allowing these people to represent...
Read moreI went here 8/29/20202. I waited in line as did everybody outside for 10 minutes with four kids all under the age of five in 80° weather when I finally am able to get inside they And for me that I am unable to walk through until the store is completely empty because I have a medical condition that I am unable to wear a mask. Now I had walked into at least 20 stores in the shopping center just looking around as soon as informed any store associates of my medical condition I was treated with nothing but kindness. As soon as I walked into Skechers I was told that because of my medical condition I am unable to walk to the store with other customers and that I would have to wait until everybody else is done shopping for me to go shopping. This will be the last time I go to this location and I am only writing this to inform anybody else that has medical conditions like mine to be weary of sketchers because obviously they donât take kindly to people with medical conditions and weâre treated like second-class people instead of being treated like...
Read moreJust this last Sunday I brought my friend to your store to buy a good pair of shoes. We are older and we are really quite poor and lots of times people look at us like oh geez look at those tramps in our store. However there was a young man that greeted us with all the respect and kindness that even a more upper-class person would receive. He listened to what my friend wanted and led him directly to a selection of shoes and my friend bought the first pair he tried on. Then this young man told us that if we would want one more pair we could get it at half-price so my friend bought me a pair of shoes. The two of us left that store feeling like a couple of kids at Christmas with our brand new shoes. Neither one of us will ever forget how kind that young man was. Sometimes these days it is hard to find respect from younger people but boy this kid was an a+. I do not know his name but I thank him from the bottom...
