Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store — Local services in Oshkosh

Was very disappointed with this location. Mainly due to the staff that was very unprofessional not greeting or acknowledging guests. Usually at Ralph Lauren locations you are greeted and asked if there is anything you need help finding etc. The store was completely empty with 3-4 employees that were not interested in helping the customer. They were playing jokes and talking amongst themselves, did not feel like a comfortable shopping environment. Stopped in around 5pm today and was never even greeted. Sadly four people working and all four were more concerned about gossiping to one another than helping me decide on any sizes or styles.I showed myself to the fitting room, walked around the entire store for at least 15 minutes, tried on multiple things with still no assistance. Considering the price tags of this brand are pretty hefty you’d think the customer service would be attentive. It's a nice store with a lot of nice clothes but the day I went it said online that it opened at 10am but when I got there it was not open, the doors were locked. Not sure why they werent open at 10am. Online it had said that the business hours were updated a week ago by the business. I was not sure when they were going to open so I went to a few other stores thinking that maybe they would open at 1030 or 11am but nope they weren't. Unfortunately I couldn't wait around so...
