Heres the story: "Went to tbell after after a 12 hour shift (got there about 1035/1040pm) Expected it to be busy and it was, i was behind about 6 or 7 cars when i got there. Line moved decent i waited about 10 mins in line before getting to second wind. Ordered 3 steak quesadillas , 1 order of 12 cinna delights, 5 soft shell supremes, 2 avocado ranch sauces and some fires. Cashier assured me everything was stiffed into med sive bag (i think it was med because usually i get a larger bag for the quesadillas to lay flat....) I drove into parking lot to check (my wife is very sick so i try to make sure any order is correct so i dont have to go bavk out again before coming home). Sauces were all missing. I called store twice and went to voicemail / no ring at 1050pm. The line was backed up about 10 cars so i got out and knocked on window, tried avoiding another 10+ minute wait in like to just get sauces. Waited outside about 3 minutes then decided to go back in line. Another customer was knocking on the window because his order was messed up too. I told the order taker what happened to me, tried calling, knocking and theres another customer out here. She said its a safety issues that he'll have to get back in line as well. Her tone too was slightly irritable... (I get that but i worked fast food for 8 years so there needs to be another way to provide service to customers whos orders are wrong without just saying thet need to get back in line) So i got to the window, cashier apologized and handed me bag of sauces. He said theyre busy which begs the question maybe that location should staff better for wknd nights. (This has happened on multiple times with that location having staffing needs) i trusted evrything was in there which was a fault of mine but i was just done with that day. Still missing x1 avocado ranch...... Please rectify...
Read moreI drive for DoorDash and absolutely hate taking orders from this location. So many times have they caused me issues. Last night was an epic fail for them. We had an order that we were being paid minimal for, was told to drive to the front of the building and they would bring the food out to us. We waited for 20+ minutes, only to be told that they had run out of all meat and could not finish our order. At no time before this did they tell us that there may be an issue and we wasted time we could have spent on other runs. This is not the first time that we have had issues with this location, with them running out of soda, the friers not working, running out of taco shells, and now running out of ALL meats. We take a ding on our completion rating when we have to unassigned ourselves and on our acceptance rate when we decline after finding out that they are out something. This all affects our bottom line. I know that thing like this can be out of their control sometimes, but someone there needs to plan better, since this is a weekly, if not nightly, issue....
Read moreOk , I know it's just 🌮 🔔 , but this experience was different. We decided to go inside since we didn't have anywhere to jet off to. The people genuinely seemed as though they were not used to having people in the restaurant. Which was completely fine , because it offered a more relaxed atmosphere. It was quiet , with only one other customer inside. The food was top notch , as much as 🌮🔔 can be called top notch. Lol. We had an order of nachos , a soft taco , annd I don't remember what my bf had haha, but I had a chicken power bowl for the first time ever. It was pretty great , well made , oh and I had a chill cheese burrito which was a perfect size and had the perfect amount of cheese in it. My bf was happy with his food and I recall him saying " this was actually really good". Restaurant was clean , bathrooms were clean ( we have a toddler potty training , so this is very important for us).
