Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Oshkosh

It breaks my heart to even write this because 95% of the time I have an excellent experience with this particular pizza hut & so does the company I work for, unfortunately not only did the delivery driver give me someone else'e order, we found hair in our garlic knots. They were nice enough to bring us the pizza we ordered & a credit to my account, but unfortunately not only did they not get the order entirely correct the second time, they did not bring a fresh order of garlic knots & the second guy I spoke with on the phone was incredibly rude to my coworker & our delivery driver was upset he had to come back :"(

UPDATE 04/21/2017: Unfortunately today was the last & final day I will ever order from Pizza Hut on Jackson Street every again. I do not think I have ever encountered such horrible customer service before. Screwed up my order TWICE, OVER CHARGED ME & DIDN'T EVEN BRING MY ENTIRE ORDER!

This rating is modulated in accordance with the market: Mass market food. In that context, this is four stars. Haven't eaten Pizza Hut in years, so it was like the first time ever.

Traditional pan-style, sausage/mushroom/onion pizza: Everything worked well together! Flavorful veggies, decent cheese, decent sauce. Sausage is same as it ever was - adequate. Crust was delicious. Toppings are diminished from years ago. The one thing that stood out: Not enough sauce.

Bone-in wings, cajun dry-rub: Quite good! Way too expensive.

Boneless wings, sweet chili: Delicious!

Normally we order pizza from non-chain restaurants, but decided to give Pizza Hut a try. Never again. After waiting almost an hour for delivery, the pizza and breads were room temperature. The delivery driver was friendly though. Everything was very bland tasting but also very salty (in a bad way). The marinara sauce tasted like cold tomato soup and was very watery. Even my kids didn’t like the pizza or bread, which is saying something. I wanted to give Pizza Hut here in town a try and now I know. Save your money and go to one of the many many amazing pizza...
