Came in for Black Friday . It was very busy and the lines were pretty long. The cashier scanned me out pretty quickly considering I had waited so long. For context, I had grabbed socks for my boyfriend and I. We put everything on the counter, including the socks . And we checked out smoothly, at least I thought . I should have checked the screen before paying for my bag and the actual bag itself before leaving because my other socks were completely missing from my bag and receipt. Way too busy to go in now and get them. On a more positive note the sales floor staff were very nice...

Dakota was very helpful and patient with me and my elderly mother. He helped find the right sizes for us. We chatted about our common struggles of taking care of elderly parents/grandparents. Kendra was also very helpful, she knew the answers to most of our questions. Keith was very kind when he was checking out our items, very polite and well mannered towards us. The only issue I had was how many times we were asked about "shopping with our new navyist program?" by employees. Will shop here again when we need...
