I don’t typically leave reviews as someone who is and has been for 15 years in hospitality and customer service I totally understand circumstances so I don’t always agree with reviews. Today I had to go to this shopping center for a hair appointment for my children. The GPS takes you to this market and not the salon. So when I got in there I asked an employee for help because I’m not from the areas. I was super kind when asking. The employee was younger so I understand the lack of customer service but he did not even make eye contact, said “no” and walked off. And that was after he acted like he had never even heard of this very popular salon/beauty store (ulta). So I passive aggressively (but still in a mellow tone) said “thanks for the help” as he was walking away, he turned around and rudely said “sorry.” I replied “it’s cool. But you could turn around and ask someone else to help your guest find a solution. Not doing so is crappy customer service and shows a lack of experience” This all happened right in front of someone who I presume was a manager. As a general manager to a very busy local restaurant I could never imagine watching one of my kid employees fail a guest, whether they are spending money there or not. Any guest in my doors is a guest of mine and will be treated with respect from each and every employee. But the manager didn’t ask me how to help, instead he got with his younger employee and laughed about the situation. Anyways, I found the salon. I’m not gonna lose sleep at night but it was a very off putting situation and unfortunately it was my first stepping in the doors there. Do better and...
Read moreI actually like this place and I shop here all the time but night time management sucks. Got off work late and as I'm walking in I see a $4.99 Wednesday sushi sign. Well most of it's cleared out when I go in except a few specialty rolls and it's about 8:30 so I think what the heck I'll ask the manager if it's possible to get a mark down since it's almost closing time. I look the guy in the eyes and say "hey I saw the 4.99 sushi sign but there's only a few specialty rolls left and since it's closer to closing time I was wondering if you could give me a mark down?" And the response I got was "markdown on what?" I mean come on guy I looked you dead in the eyes and you don't even hear what's coming out of my mouth, and he just says no. I would've paid 7 maybe even 8 bucks for that old sushi but they'd rather throw it in the trash than get some of my money. Bad experience. I just wanted a sushi special after a hard day's work but they couldn't let some old sushi go for less...
Read moreMy husband and I used Cosentino’s Catering for our wedding this summer June 2022. We were thrilled with the food and many of our guests let us know that they truly enjoyed the food!! That was great for us to hear:) The manager helped us set up a tasting and we narrowed down the menu to exactly what we wanted. From when we booked to the wedding week we were able to email/call the catering director about all the details, so that by the big day everything was perfect!! The servers were great at the wedding and all the tables and buffet table looked perfect!! Seriously no complaints!! They amazing work and the food is delicious. Even our venue owner was happy we were using Cosentino’s, because she had never had a bad experience with them coming out to her venue! Highly recommended their catering for a wedding...
