Waist of time!

Called in the morning asking if I can do an international wire out of our HELOC account. They said yes. I took off from work and went to the branch to have that completed. Filled out all the paperwork. Waited 50 minutes for that to be processed and then they say they can't do that.....

Then took another 20 minutes to get a cashiers check....

Seems like they have no idea what they are...

This bank is awesome. They have very low fees for most services and their hours beat a lot of other big name banks.

Customer service is top notch and the freebies like coffee and snacks are much appreciated. They have really good banking for kids and mine have accounts there.
