Today was my first of what will be many visits, the moment I walked into the office the aroma and calmness in the decor was so welcoming. I was immediately greeted and within seconds felt like I’d been there many times. I didn’t feel rushed, pushed into any services. My wants and wishes were heard. The owner/NP is a genuine nice person you could talk to for hours. The was not my first time having injections though it was the first time I had to ask “am I done” the conversation kept me distracted to the point I wasn’t even feeling the slight pinch you’d typically feel (definitely not a reason to sway away from self care beauty hurts a little bit😜) I moved to the Orlando area 2 years ago and will absolutely happily be making the 45 minute drive back soon for more conversation & of course more treatments. I left being reminded that as a small business owner especially a female small business owner we need more women like this in our lives! I highly highly recommend this...

There isn’t enough time or space to write down all of the positive things I experienced here with DOCTOR Trandi 🥰 and Katie (who squinted w me during the consult🥲).. I only wanted a little done bc it was my first time and they nailed it. No pain, no bruising. You feel like you’re in a celebrity doctors office. every detail has been thought of and taken care of with quality. So knowledgeable , tech savvy, kind!, compassionate about what you want and what’s realistic. They suggest sales and procedures based on your concerns and honestly, it was a relief to talk about it with a caring professional, but I never felt pressured, in fact, we created essentially a treatment plan. It I love them, i’ll see you all soon!!! Thank you so much, I can see the difference already but more importantly, I FEEL so beautiful. I look forward to our transformation journey. The good…the bad…and the ugly….. The good: beautiful spa, wonderful customer service, lovely technicians and the FNP and owner, ANH TRAN is exceptional! Started with some hair removal treatments (simply enough) but through out our conversations, she suggested Sculptra…(a way to rejuvenate my skin, get that more youthful look again with no fillers etc)…..had no idea what she was talking about but trusted her. And wow….was she right! I have one more treatment to go but already my confidence, the way I feel and look is unbelievable. The bad: bear with me….I am still trying to find something bad to say about them 🤷🏻‍♀️ The ugly: my face before I started going there! On a flight a couple of weeks ago when the guy next to me started talking and flirting….what a confirmation! She gets me and she makes it happen! Wait till I call her last minute and ask for some Botox or whatever last minute….lol….and she will make...
