If I could give this place zero stars I would. My daughter and I have been on the hunt for hello kitty blankets and the associates at this store keep them behind the register and claim “a customer in the store put it on hold”. So a customer put a blanket that they can easily stick in their cart on hold? Then I was told to call at the end of the night to see if it was still there. Why would I call if you just told me I couldn’t call to place something on hold but only do so if I was in the store? The associate was probably almost off work so she can clock out and purchase the item being that it’s in high demand. TJ Maxx do an investigation on your stores because the high demand merchandise are not making it to the floor because of your associates! So you’re selling items at a discounted rate by letting your employees buy the item with their discount instead of full price. So there I was having to tell my 7 year old sorry they don’t wanna release the item for us to purchase....

The air intake vent in the store were so dirty that they looked like they were not cleaned since the building was constructed. You could hear the A/C struggling.

I heard several people complaining their eyes were dry and burning and constantly coughing.
I was having trouble breathing, my eyes were burning and dry and my mental clarity was starting to get affected.
I will be back and hope it's addressed in a...

She smirked at me and said, “it’s only a button; I can give you $1 off.” I was going to buy them regardless but don’t appreciate the smirk and smart comment as if I was trying to scam TJMaxx. Typically, retailers mark down damaged goods and these had not been reduced. Then it took another 10 minutes for her to figure out how to give a $1 discount. The entire interaction was annoying, and in hindsight, I regret buying the pants after basically being mocked for inquiring about their policy. Do...
