OT Smoke Shop Plus — Local services in Owatonna

I am changing my review and if it were possible to give zero stars I would. Maybe my second one star review ever but greatly deserved thanks to the disrespectful and dismissive behavior of an employee. Since recently moving to Owatonna I have frequented the smoke shop several times as both a vaper and a user of THC products and accessories. Generally my experiences with employees here have been lackadaisical to mildly helpful.

I will no longer be a customer at this location, and I have friends and family who are also choosing to no longer patronize this store after learning of my experience. That's a lot of people with bad habits and disposable income.

Last time I will ever go in. At least pretend to care about your job, and making profit for your employer. Completely...

Terran is awesome very out going friendly and very knowledgeable about what he works with can answer very question that we have had so far. best customer service I have gotten in a long time!!! He helped me with my vape pen and made sure it worked without me having to ask!!! This is the only shop that I will go to from now on. Absolutely love this...

Tarren is always super friendly and helpful and willing to answer any questions. He never makes you feel like you're bothering him, or that he's too busy to talk. I will choose this smoke shop over any of the others in town, simply because of the service. Additionally, the store is always very well organized, and the shelves...
