Today I went to the Verizon store to get a new screen protector I went in payed the $10 to get a new one and left once I got home I noticed the screen protector was pealing up off my phone so I took it back I though the screen protector was bad when I got there a lady helped me right away she tried to put a new one on and it did the same thing she then told me my phone was bent and went to check with another worker who was a guy he said the same thing she said it was from putting the phone in my back pocket and that it sometimes happens I left and went home. I noticed a blue dot in my screen my boyfriend then told me I needed to take the phone back to the store because the battery was swelling my phone was burning hot the screen was popping off the phone and the phone smelled bad like nail polish remover I had been smelling that smell for weeks. I took it to the other location on bridge street where amber helped me get a new phone at no cost because I am under warranty and my batterie was swelling. We are visiting from a couple hours away, did not have our pin with us, but was told that having a government IDwould allow us to reset pin. We were nastily told that they could not help us. I explained what we were told by corporate Verizon. Assistant manager, Derek comes over, gets right in my face (as in just a couple inches away) and tells us we're out of luck and to leave his store. If you wish to get acosted and have a manager get in your face, go to this location.

I work with the staff at this store for both my personal accounts as well as a business account. Staff is always friendly and professional and willing to assist me to resolve any issues that I may be having. We recently had an equipment failure on the business account we hold with Verizon and the staff from this location went far ABOVE AND BEYOND any expectations that I had to help us resolve the issue at hand. There were numerous issues that we had to work through with Verizon Customer Service and Tech Support to get our issue finally resolved completely, and the staff at this location was working behind the scenes for us doing everything they could to expedite the process consistently. If it were not for the staff at this location, our business account would be with another provider at this time.
