Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Owensboro

Called Papa Johns at 10:24 pm tonight and ordered a large thin crust bacon, pepperoni and sausage pizza with extra cheese. I hung up with them at 10:27pm and headed straight there, I was just down the road sitting in Ralley's parking lot. The female on the phone told me it'd be ready in 15 minutes, I showed up in front of the door and parked at about 10:30 because when I looked on their website it said delivery or curbside pickup. They let me sit there until 11:07 until someone came out and asked if I was waiting on a pizza to which I said "Yeah, I ordered at around 10:30, what's taking so long? " A man then looked out if the front door and told me to pull into the drive-thru and he'd ring me up, I didn't even know they had a drive-thru there. Where is the common sense with people these days? I pulled in and parked right after I ordered to wait on the pizza, did it ever occur to them that I was the one who ordered it? Did they think I was sitting out front at 10:30 at night for the fun of it or what? Nobody there thought to ask if I was waiting on a pizza until closing time and I was the only customer there! I have always been a big papa fan, but this store has generally broken me of wanting to eat a PJ's. Every time i have placed and order at this store (8 or more times) both online and in person my order has been incorrect. I always get the same thing, its a menu item and its not complex. Every time it has been corrected for me, through gritted teeth by either and associate or a manger. The last time i placed and order it was incorrect again and I was advised by a friend to contact corp from the level of disrespect i was delt with in trying to get what i paid for. Corp was contacted and I was told that i would be called or emailed by the store manager to resolve the issue. That was months ago. I have recently decided that this store on Fred' St will no longer receive my pateronage as clearly they do not care for providing for their customers whom they have wronged. Horrible customer service!!! On 3/3/21 made my order on the Papa John's app after an hour it said my order was on it's way. After 45 minutes I called to check the status of my order, because it had not arrived yet. I was told that my order was out and was on it's way. 20 minutes go by I called back they tell me the driver had an emergency they were remaking my order and it would be another hour. This was ridiculous I understand there are emergencies but they should have called and informed me and offered to refund my money or should have been 1st priority and not have to wait another hour on something that was ordered 2 hours prior.
