Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Oxford

I have been coming to this store for animal feed for years and everything was fine, until today this cashier named Debra, discriminated against me. I had to make a return and she asked for my information like phone number and name (the only thing they should ask for). She thought I didn’t understand her and a lady tried translating for me when I didn’t need help. I kindly asked the cashier for a pen multiple times so I could write my name down for her to see but she was rude about it and ignored me. She then proceeded to give me an annoyed tone while returning the money to me. I then went back to get animal feed. So when I went back with her I gave her my information again but then, me being hispanic, she asked for my SSN, which she had no reason to ask for it. My question is, does everyone have to start showing their SSN just to buy animal food? Or is it just us hispanics? I then reported her to the manager and he confirmed she shouldn’t have asked me for my SSN for any reason. She tried to excuse herself by saying that she thought I was trying to sign up for a Tractor Supply Card, which I never asked for. DO NOT BUY a lawn tractor from this place unless you have the means to trailer it home yourself !!!!! Talk about an absolute nightmare ! Nice staff but absolutely horrendous delivery experience!! I was told by 3 different employees NOT to use the standard delivery option listed on the website because it’s overpriced and a few of the employees are able to deliver the tractors for cash on the side with their personal trucks/trailers. So naturally I trusted the associates and was told by the store manager that I would be contacted shortly to have my tractor delivered.

Store manager told me on 2 separate occasions that she would speak to someone about the delivery and that they would call me that day. Have called the store daily asking for any information at all. Have yet to get an update or a phone call and to top that off the tractor went on sale with free standard delivery 3 days after I purchased it.

I would highly suggest you stick with one of the other tractor supply stores if you are in the market for a new lawn tractor and my advice to management would be to do you what you say you are...
