They never seem to be a in a good mood. And to top it off if you explain something to them about the food they get all offended. I use to like this place and twice a week I would stop bye and grab some pan Dulce or tamales on The Weeknd. But I have gone the last few and very disappointed. And the stuff is not cheap I drop like 50 bucks twice a week. I spend like 350-400 bucks a month here because my family use to like their tamales and bread. But the last few months, dried up tamales , chicken so dry , brittle masa, and the pan Dulce are hollow no custard inside, very very disappointed. I switched and found someone on A street, and El Rio. I won’t be spending my money here again. Unless the start putting some love back into their food. They sell so much they have gotten lazy and I feel they don’t care because it will still Sell. But little by little people will leave. When tamales look like this, like there’s craters or ruff, and not smooth that means they will just crumble and be dried. That’s doesn’t taste good. They are supposed to be smooth and moist.

Menudo is delicious and it comes with harmony. I never get pata so idk if pata is an option here. There is also a variety of pan dulce, the ones I have ate were good. They also sell avena (oatmeal) and mini burritos (2 per serving) with chili verde, chicharron, chorizo or a couple of other meats. This is a good little bakery.

Got to say, this place is great. It has the standard variety of Mexican cooks but it has a peanut butter variaital which is simply amazing. Great prices friendly staff.

The tamales are very delicious 😋😋😋, fresh and very mouthwatering đŸ€€đŸ€€đŸ€€ if anyone wishes too buy tamales on a regular business you can actually call ahead a placed a order for pick up 'BUT FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO DO WISH BUY TAMALES: ADVICE FOR YOU ALL YOU CAN CALL A ORDER FOR PICK-UP, BUT... BE SURE TO CALL A DAY EARLY *LIKE FOR EXAMPLE YOU CAN PLACED THE ORDER ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND THEN TELL THE EMPLOYEE HOW MANY YOU WISH TO ORDER AND THEN THE EMPLOYEE WILL ASK YOU WHAT TIME TO WISH TOO PICK THEM UP I RECOMMEND NO LATER THAN 9AM AND THEN YOU PICK IT UP ON THE NEXT DAY WHICH IS SATURDAY, IMPORTANT NOTE BE SURE TOO FOLLOW THE EMPLOYEE INSTRUCTIONS AND LISTEN TOO THE EMPLOYEE VERY CAREFULLY WHILE PLACING THE ORDER; ANOTHER IMPORTANT NOTE BE PATIENCE AND COURTEOUS WITH THE EMPLOYEES AND ESPECIALLY WITH THE OTHER CUSTOMERS IN LINE, ESPECIALLY WAY MORE DURING THE PANDEMIC...

Extremely disgusted, I bought 3 chicken tamales, they wrapped them in aluminum foil and labeled them Pollo. I gave one to my son to eat and he had an allergic reaction. Turns out the employee gave me all pork tamales and my son is allergic to pork. I called the bakery immediately to let them know of the mistake that had occurred and expected an apology at the very least. She didn't apologize and when I told her all I wanted was an apology, her response was " pos disculpa" which translates to "well sorry". I'm disgusted by the lack of empathy. My son could have had severe consequences due to their mistake. I will never go back there again. I gave them a 1 star rating because I couldn't give them...
