Taco Inn — Restaurant in Oxnard

By far this was my worst experience at Taco Inn. I get better service when I order from Door Dash go figure. The wait time for 2 burritos was 1 hour or more I lost track, I was so close to asking for a refund. Everyone before me and after me was receiving their orders while I stood there for a hour. I was about to ask for a refund and thats when the cashier handed me my order. The cashier seemed very rude, I asked for salsa and she wanted to charge me for salsa lol. The cashier also messed up on my order so I asked for a refund because she charged me for a extra burrito and she gave me 5 dollar bill refund lol. I feel like I robbed for a few bucks lol. The food is good but today was a really bad experience. Next time I will use DoorDash so I can receive better service and not wait a hour...

It always seems that every so often my husband & I will have to order the most terrific Carnita Burritos in town! That are prepared to order, just the way you like! Located at a little tucked away area, there is a family restaurant in the "Fremont North Shopping Center," that is called the "Taco Inn." I do believe the best burritos in all of Oxnard, California! We always have our burritos made w/extra carnitas meat. They'll add it on to your burrito, for just a little extra "$" !! Also, if you prefer to have it made this way, like I do?! Tiny little hole-in-the-wall type place, at first glance looks run down but when you get in you see it's actually just very well-worn and frequented with lots of interesting decor. It's cramped but has a ton of charm, looks like single owner and proprietor, who is also the cook? Menu is authentic and varied, prices are good, home made salsas are fantastic, and the owner is super friendly with the customers. I could tell she knew most of the people in there, which is always a good sign for small restaurant. We had dinner but I'm going to have to come back...
