Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Oxnard

Ordered the pretzel crust and was given regular pizza crust and then the manager tried gaslighting me by saying that it was exactly the same thing, and asking if I wanted it darker... It was yellow.

Lady I don't have the patience to explain chemistry/baking to you. But let's try. By your own words it's "a special mix they put on the outside that makes it darker" yeeeeaaaaahhhh that's it! That's the point! So when you don't do that part of the process you're not actually making it a pretzel crust, are you? Throwing heavy salt on regular pizza doesn't make it pretzel. It just makes it too salty.

When you try to make me feel like I don't deserve what I paid for because you are too inept to follow the training you were given, all I hear is you don't need my business anymore than you need LC's instructions.

I'll just go somewhere else; somewhere that, even if they don't understand why something matters, they're gonna do things how they're supposed to do em.

The cashiers were polite...

This place had only 2 people working in it worth a 3rd person showing up late. The rather large girl in the back making the puzzas moved so sloooow that I do believe time stood still. The poor guy in the front told her as the wait time started to climb higher and higher that they should trade pkaces because he was faster than her. Her respinse was 'I'm not going up there, I'm not dealing with the register'. After being told 15 mins at first, then an ADDITIONAL 30 or longer for a lousy cheese pizza we said nevermind and asked for our cash back. The name on the receipt said Jorge but the white kid with the brown hair didn't look like any Jorge I ever seen. Stay away from this place, looooong wait times, rude employees, and drunks who hit you up for change as you are leaving.....Oxnard at its finest. It's no wobder they call Chiques...

I dont expect much from fast food but what I do expecting is getting my food fast. I waited 40 minutes!!! The girl up front sold the last order of wings to another customer right after I paid for it!!! Then, has the audacity to tell us to go to wingstop!!! Then, i take my pizza home I ordered a thin crust cheese pizza, I received a thick crust pepperoni pizza, I am allergic to pork!!! The manager complained about giving us our money back for the wings we never got on top of it. I'm honestly ashamed for these workers, if you cannot do the simpilest job there is, you will not get far. This happened december 8,2018 @8pm. The girl in the front was the only one wearing a blue shirt....
