I do not know where to begin, this business is a nightmare. Everytime you go they have an excuse for why they are never there. For example, they have store hours however, one time I waited for over 2 hours for someone to show up. The best part is I made an appointment. You need to call ahead of time to make an appointment yet, they hardly ever answer so the next time I decided to skip out my appointment and show up unexpectedly because that's what they do so why not do the same. This upset the lady that does alterations, but I was more upset because she kept saying that I need to call and can't show up like that and something abt appointments. I called her out on their BS and how unprofessional they truly are because if you're going to run a business you should keep in contact with your clients. NOT have them guessing if their orders are ready or not, if the alterations have been made. Moral of the story, I would not recommend anyone going here unless you like to waste time going back and forth.

No se donde empezar, este lugar es una pesadilla. Siempre tienen una escusa porque nunca estan hay. Las horas que tiene el horarion no las usan. My daughter got her dress from this place and so did her damas. I give this place 2 stars because they delay everything. My daughter’s dress was suppose to come in 2 months according to them, and it took around 4 months to actually come and when we called they said oh it comes next week. Little did we know it wasn’t that week that it would come. Good thing we ordered it with time or else we would have had no dress. Along with my daughters damas they tell us to come on this day and when we go the place its closed!! My mom and grandma went to this boutique to buy and dress for an event that was 4 months from the time they went to get their dresses. They out a deposit down and they said that they were going to make the dresses the color they wanted. 2 weeks before the event they have to call THEM for an update on their dress and 2 ladies said “everything is fine we’re working on them” 3 days later they call my mom saying “sorry we actually don’t have any of the two dresses” ……. 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT!!
