Very bad experience. My mother and I went there on Sunday. Hours on a Sunday are 12pm-6pm. When I got there it was 5:10pm. I wait about 10 minutes to get in the store because they have a limited capacity at this time. So, when I got in the store it was 5:20pm and at that time, the guy closed the doors and the only 2 employees started saying that store will closed in 35 minutes. I couldn't believe they closed doors at 5:20pm and they suppose to close doors at 6pm. While a lady (Britney) started following customers and she looks at you and look at her watch like saying "you need to leave. " I asked her to get a box of shoes that was very high. She said "okay" but with a very bad attitude. After she gave me the shoes, she kept following customers making them feel uncomfortable and at that point everyone left store. She started following us pretending she was doing something but she wasn't, she was just watching her watch making us feel uncomfortable. At that time it was only 5:35pm and no one by us were in store. I have no idea if the store manager have instructed them to close before the time or if is something the employees are doing behind the store manager. It bothers me because hours clearly say 12pm-6pm. In my understanding they should start announcing that they will close at least 20 minutes before 6pm and close the doors at 6pm, not before 6pm. I went to pay and this lady Britney was the one who ring up and she was rushing with very bad attitude. When I went out of the store at 5:45, all other stores have a very long lines waiting to get in the store. I went in other stores and they didn't close doors until 6pm or even 6:20pm. It looks like SKECHERS...
Read moreThis store has caused major inconveniences for me on two different occasions on different days. I went during the week at 10:45am when the store was scheduled to open at 11am. I get there and there is a handwritten sign that says âWe are opening at 12pm. Sorry!â. Unfortunately I couldnât wait for a hour and fifteen mins to return shoes. I come back on the weekend (Saturday) at 3:45pm and once again, there is a handwritten sign that says âOut for lunch, will return at 5pm. Thanks.â It was 95 degrees outside and again I was not able to wait a hour and fifteen minutes to return shoes. The crazy part is that the store closes at 7pm according to the sign with the hours listed. Why is this even a lunch break so late in the day and leaves only 2 hours for shoppers. I will never shop or go to the Skechers outlet store at Tanger Outlets in Oxon Hill, Maryland. It will be strictly online only for my family (returns included). It definitely seems like management does not care about how inconvenient they are making shopping at this store for...
